Top Tweeter Winners 2017
The Panacea Top Tweeter awards have been set up to demonstrate excellent examples of Tweeters that post regular, useful and informative tweets and help those just getting started with Twitter.
With over 200 nominations and 1500 votes, the awards proved again to be a big success.
