Wizard Learning: R06 Expected Solution and Paraplanner of the year

R06 Expected Solution available now for the 7 July 2014 exam
The Expected Solution is now available for immediate download. There are 34 pages of expert analysis for case study 1 and also 31 pages for case study 2, as well as 15 pages of generic information on questions that may be asked.

The Expected Solution package includes a detailed analysis by our panel of experts of the 2 case studies that are issued by the CII 2 weeks prior to the exam. We provide you with a list of the questions that we feel could be asked together with a detailed solution.

Institute of Financial Planning launch award for Paraplanner of the year
The Institute of Financial Planning has announced that entries are open for the Paraplanner of the year award. To enter, you'll need to be working as a Paraplanner in the UK. You'll need to complete the online technical assessment which is provided by Wizard Learning, then complete an essay and submit a testimonial from a Financial Planner or Adviser who you are currently working with or have worked with within the past six months.

The winner will receive:

  • Registration for the Institute of Financial Planning Annual Conference , 6-8 October 2014 (If you've already booked, this will transfer to our 2015 conference). 
  • Hotel accommodation for the nights of 6 and 7 October.
  • A cash prize of £1,000.
  • The Paraplanner of the Year Trophy.
  • Access to Wizard Learning’s structured CPD system for 12 months plus online exam support for 3 years
  • Use of the Paraplanner of the Year Logo for marketing materials

Special Technical Award
The entrant with the highest score on the technical assessment will receive £1,000 of online training credits from Wizard Learning to be used by the winner or others in the winning firm over the next 2 years.  (If the Paraplanner of the Year has the highest score, this award will go to the entrant with the next highest score).

The winners details will be published on the Website and in various industry publications subsequent to the announcement and the award being presented at the IFP Conference.
