My Claim Solved complaint

I am dealing with two complaints from an ambulance chaser called My Claim Solved.

Each complaint alleges that the adviser failed to tell the client that they could have an OMO but at the same time they transferred the fund and lost a non-existent GAR.

They also quote non-existent policy numbers and claim that the adviser failed to take account of the client's spouse. One of the non-existent policy numbers is, in fact, the Aviva client number. The other one is his wife's client number. She has been given a client number because, you've guessed it, the plan carries a widow's pension!

If anybody else has had the misfortune to encounter My Claim Solved, I would be interested to know.

Good Morning gentlemen, i too have a very interest story to share about my claim solved regrading my own experience with their service.

May i ask what are your stories? i am more than happy to share mine. i have researched this company a lot and from my own dealings with their rude staff and arrogant managers and directors that are always on holiday i would say we wont be the first or the last that have had a bad experience with them.

Regards.

Further to the above, I happen to know a great deal about this company and the way that it operates from personally investigating my self. i have spoken to a fair few of their former employees both managers and sales agents and have a lot of information which may prove useful.

Kind Regards.
