Panacea to hold social media webcast for advisers
London, 1 July 2014 – Panacea Adviser (Panacea), the online community and resource for financial advisers, has today announced it is to hold a webcast to support and educate advisers on using social media.
The ‘Bento for One’ webcast, in association with ThoughtLeadership Live and Sammedia, is entitled, ‘Changing investors behaviours in a digital world’ and will be presented by Derek Bradley, CEO of Panacea Adviser, and Sam Sangha, Business Development Director at Sammedia Ltd online on Friday 4th July at 1pm.
The webcast will cover how usage of digital forms of communication are highest amongst higher net worth individuals and provide some examples of innovation in financial services which attempt to disintermediate the adviser.
It will also outline how advisers can take their advice proposition online in order to support the value they currently offer to clients.
This webcast follows on from the launch of Panacea’s Social Media Guide and its new collaboration with Advisertech, both helping advisers develop their content and overall presence across all social media platforms.

Derek Bradley, CEO of Panacea Adviser, said:
“This ‘Bento for One’ webcast continues our focus on advisers’ social media usage and explores further how they can take their expertise online and reach out to a highly engaged audience which is actively seeking financial information and advice. To do this we have teamed up with ThoughtLeadership Live and Sammedia to look at the evidence of these changing digital
behaviours particularly amongst baby boomers, ‘Generation X’ clients and the ‘millennials’ to see how they might wish to interact with the wealth managers of the future. This webcast should provide advisers with some clear insight on how the digital world is changing investor behaviours and will hopefully offer plenty of ideas on how they can prepare themselves and their businesses to be at the forefront of these new developments.”
