Don't call the FOS the FOS

The Financial Ombudsman Service has published Issue 80 of Ombudsman News. For those involved in complaints handling at firms, FSA Update recommends reviewing the case studies which this month cover cases involving rejecting claims for unemployment or sickness on insurance policies and 'bonds' (as in, fixed term retail products). The newsletter also asks that we don't use the acronym 'FOS'.
