AEGON leads the way in e-service capabilities

So far this year, AEGON has been rated ‘eee’ 12 times – more than any other life and pensions company – in the Financial & Technology Research Centre’s (F&TRC) e-excellence awards produced in association with Money Marketing.

F&TRC’s e-excellence ratings are awarded to companies that have truly embedded technology and electronic capabilities in their product range, and can prove that this saves time for advisers and consumers. The most successful companies also have electronic tools and calculators that provide their customers with financial help and information when they need it.

AEGON has achieved the highest possible ‘eee’ rating for its group pensions, personal pension accumulation, individual protection and wealth management product lines.
