AXA Winterthur Wealth Management - Professional Edge

AXA Winterthur Wealth Management has enhanced its links with the adviser community with a new service, which aims to help advisers develop their business models to adapt to an increasingly challenging environment.

AXA Winterthur’s Professional Edge service comprises of a team of business consultants and specialists, who can assist advisers with future planning. For example, business consultants from the Professional Edge team are available to help advisers with business and strategic planning, while IT consultants can review existing systems and whether they are being used effectively.

The Professional Edge program forms a key part of AXA Winterthur’s plan to develop relationships with IFAs this year, according to David Thompson who is managing director for sales and marketing at the firm. He believes the initiative proves integral to developing links with the small firm adviser community, who face growing challenges in the face of changing investor sentiment and the retail distribution review.

AXA Winterthur is also offering consultancy services to help advisers to identify opportunities surrounding the trend towards more holistic financial planning, while tax, trust and pension experts, are available for advisers to consult with about technical enquiries.
