Resources Compliance - Retail Distribution Review: Feedback Published

The FSA has published its long awaited feedback statement (FS) following its review of retail distribution (the RDR). It is important to note that no detailed draft rules have been published, as a consultation paper containing these is not due to be published until June 2009. The FSA says that there is much work to be done in the intervening period on the detail of some of its plans, but that firms and individuals can start to plan
ahead now to ensure that they are ready for implementation.
