The impact upon IFA’s and the industry of the compatability of the Financial Services and Markets Bill with the European Convention on Human Rights continues to be felt in terms of cost, unfairness and stress and it may be the case that assurances given are not what they may seem. The reluctance to publish information requested under the Freedom of Information Act may suggest that something is wrong.
If you feel strongly about the continued refusal to publish the information requested, write to your MP at the House of Commons, with enough support from the community, the truth could at long last come out.
