Ask Norwich Union a question!

Following feedback, Norwich Union have developed a tool to allow you to 'Ask Norwich Union a question' about its E-Commerce functions. Instead of having to call a helpdesk for assistance for any queries you may have, from today you can use a newly developed tool on the Adviser Sales Centre.

The tool can be accessed via any of the relevant Adviser Sales Centre Pages- visit www.adviser.norwichunion.com. All you need to do to have your query answered is to type your question into the box and the tool will bring up a selection of the most closely matched answers.

Following the successful test of the tool, more questions and answers about different areas of Norwich Union will be added over the following six months. This will significantly boost the support Norwich Union can offer you when working with them.
