Financial Advisers is not just a matter of life and death

Some more wise words to reflect upon from Bill Shankly. "The trouble with referees is that they know the rules, but they do not know the game." In the financial services industry, I think the same rationale applies. "The trouble with regulators is that they know the rules, but they do not know the industry they regulate”.
