Addressing key regulatory concerns for advisers

Prudential are delighted to have Rory Percival, from Training and Consultancy and formerly the FCA, presenting on a webex some of the topical regulatory issues currently facing advisers. The webex is taking place on 11 April.

Some of the issue he’ll look at include:

  • Defined benefit transfers
  • Centralised investment propositions
  • Insistent clients
  • Ongoing adviser charges and services

Rory will also look at key regulatory issues, highlight key FCA expectations and provide examples of good and poor practice.

There will also be a short Q&A with Rory and Colin Simmons, one of Prudential’s Business Development Managers, highlighting some of the support you can expect from Prudential.
