Panacea Twitter Awards 2018 The Panacea Top Tweeter awards have been set up to demonstrate excellent examples of Tweeters that post regular, useful and informative tweets and help those just getting started with Twitter.

Again we had over 200 nominations and 1500 votes and the awards proved to be a big success.
