FundsNetwork™ has confirmed another strong line-up of fund managers for this year’s Mastermind themed Investment Forum. The forum will take place on the 17 May at the Brewery, London and will be hosted by Emily Maitlis, BBC journalist and newsreader.
The speakers will present on their own specialist subjects before taking questions from advisers. The line-up of managers includes:
FundsNetwork will also host a breakfast workshop with Clive Waller, CWC Research, who will share the results of in-depth research with advisers on what the ideal adviser business model might look like under the new regulatory environment.
Klare Baldwin, Head of Marketing at FundsNetwork, comments: “With markets making such a strong start to 2013 it will be fascinating to hear from our spectrum of managers whether they think the rally is sustainable or if they believe the unresolved issues facing the global economy will bring about further volatility and a correction. As well as giving their views on the broad market environment, the managers will also provide insight as to how this view shapes the way they are managing their respective funds and what opportunities they are finding to invest in. Advisers will also have the chance to put their questions to the panel to ensure that no stone is left unturned.
“The breakfast workshop will be of particular interest to advisers this year as we present the findings of our recent research, carried out in conjunction with CWC Research, which is looking to provide a benchmark for the ideal adviser business model in a fee paying world. The workshop will be hosted by Paul Richards, Head of FundsNetwork Sales, with Clive Waller taking advisers through the detail.”
Advisers can register their place at the event by visiting www.fundsnetwork.co.uk or by calling 0800 41 41 81.
