Aviva: Recognising the signs of a vulnerable customer

If we think of someone who is vulnerable, we generally conjure up the image of an elderly person, a child, or maybe someone with a disability. Appearances are deceptive, however. A 90-year-old woman may know exactly what policies and investments she has and comes to a meeting with her portfolio choices already drafted. Similarly, a disability, whether physical or learning-based, will not automatically mean the client needs extra help.
