One of the top five reasons advisers use their website is to find information about Lifetime Allowance (LTA). Although the LTA has increased to £1.055 million from 6 April 2019, many members may have pension funds above this level and could be subject to LTA excess tax charges. 

Following a recap of how the LTA is applied and the 2016 protections that are still open to eligible applicants, Jacqueline will demonstrate how generic LTA legislation works in a typical customer scenario involving LTA access.
