A presentation of the 2015 Structured Product Annual Performance Review

18 Feb 2016

Lowes Structured Investment Centre (LSIC) has been developed as a ‘By Advisers | For Advisers’ initiative, by Lowes Financial Management, a leading Chartered Financial Planning and advisory firm in the UK, with a long standing reputation for specialisation and expertise with structured investments.

The Centre has been conceived as a collaboration with the UK structured investment sector, to create a structured investment ‘hub’ to help broaden and advance the sector's product and service proposition for UK-based Professional Advisers and wealth managers. The LSIC BrightTALK Webinar Channel is dedicated to bringing time-effective, inter-active, relevant presentations and sessions to Professional Advisers regarding structured investments.

The '2015 Structured Product Annual Performance Review', compiled by StructuredProductReview.com and presented by Lowes Structured Investment Centre, provides the most comprehensive analysis of structured product performance ever undertaken in the UK. Covering all 424 products marketed through UK Professional Advisers / Independent Financial Advisers, that matured in 2015 and all 1875 products to have matured over 5 years, to 31 December 2015, to provide a long term picture of the sector, its products and performance, the Review presents both summary data for the sector and data by product type, splitting out: structured deposits; capital ‘protected’ products; capital-at-risk products; FTSE 100 Index only linked and non-FTSE 100 only products. The Review is a critical step forward in validating the efficacy and value of investors including structured products in balanced and diversified portfolios.

The first LSIC webinar will present the Review, its data and offer observations pertinent to adviser consideration of structured products within client portfolios.
