U.S. rates continue to rise: A strong labour market, a solid service sector and a likely December rate hike are pushing long-term rates back towards the upper end of their 2015 range.
U.S. stocks have traded back towards their peak: However, lacklustre earnings, deteriorating credit conditions and stretched valuations are all providing some resistance.
While European growth remains encouraging, Europe is also struggling with a lacklustre earnings season: However, for now a weaker euro is helping European equities climb.
EM stocks had a strong week: Significant pessimism and the perception of cheap valuations are helping certain EM markets to rally on any perceived good news.
